We believe in radical transparency. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how to request one.

- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
- Credit to original payment source: 3–5 additional bank working days
giveeit Foundation ("giveeit", "we", "us", or "our") facilitates charitable donations from donors to verified NGO campaigns. Every donation made through our platform is a voluntary charitable contribution. We are committed to transparency and donor trust — which is why we have published this clear and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because donations are disbursed to NGO partners and field programmes within a short processing window, refunds are not available as a matter of general practice. However, we recognise that genuine errors — technical or otherwise — can occur, and we handle each such case promptly and fairly.
If you believe your transaction qualifies for a refund based on the conditions below, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
